My awesome family.

Today is a public holiday in the United States, which is Memorial Day. Actually I don't know anything about it, I guess it is just a remembrance day of the soldiers who died during the war.

Look at them! Although K and J love to tease me and make fun of me, I still love them. Of course I love Grace and Jason as well.

I cooked Ba Zhen Tang for the dinner tonight. This is my first time though. When my mom called me, and I told her the steps that I made this, and she said I was wrong. Haha. I cooked this for few hours and I made this with my whole heart. How sweet I am. haha.

Dang dang dang dang. Ba Zhen Tang. Actually it is a chinese medicine soup, which is good for health since everyone always stays up late.

After the dinner, we went to Yogurtology and we had so much fun! I love hanging out with them. My dear K had some alcohol, and he acted a little bit abnormal. haha. On the way back home, he told me something. He said he was supposed to hang out with his friends, yet he came to the family gathering because he loves his family, and he rejected his friends. Even though he is always mean to me and makes fun of me, I know he cares about me. Same to Josh. May be this is how we get closer to each other! I love you guys. Hugs.

My new roommate.

Woohoo my new roommate- Gir. Haha. He is so cute, isn't he? He has green color skin and huge eyes. I smile every time I see him. Thanks LR for letting him to stay with me. I will take good care of him, I promise.

Today I am pretty tired and exhausted for some reasons. Yet I cooked fried rice for my lunch box because I have class this week and my aunt is not around.

Garlic, Green Onion, Red Onion, Sausages, Eggs, rice, and other sauces.

Grandmom and grandfather went to Saigon and bought Curry Tofu Mee for Kevin and I. How lovely they are. I love them. Thank you so much.

I was marinating the lamb loin chop with herb and spices. I bought a seasoning sauce for the chop, and it makes the taste more delicious.

This is my first time to grill lamb loin chop.

haha. take pictures first. In fact, I was pretty impressed because it tasted really delicious. The first bite was amazing, the juicy meat made me watering. I grilled it medium, so the meat was still a little bit red yet it was juicy. The supper was awesome!

I was surprised because I have cooking talent indeed. hahaha. I must be a good wife and mother as well in the future. haha. Actually my aunt taught me how to grill lamb loin chop before, and it is the time for me to practice. hehe. The result was good though.

How are you doing?

Dear Christina aunt treated Euchin and I for dinner at True Food Kitchen before I sent Euchin to the airport. We went to Scottsdale Quarter again. I have been there like 5 or 6 times within few weeks. Seems like there is no where else to go in Scottsdale besides Scottsdale Quarter. haha of course not! Because it closes to my house, and it just likes 10 minutes drive from my house. Besides, it is a new mall and I love it so much.

True Food Kitchen is about flavor, freshness, variety, quality, nutrition and balance. It's about enjoying healthy whole foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals.

The entire menu is centered on the principals of Dr. Andrew Weil's Anti-Inflammatory Diet and Food Pyramid.

Spaghetti Puttanesca- Ahi Tuna, Organic Tomato, Caper, Olive, Omega 3 Pasta and Parmesan Cheese.

Grilled Steelhead Salmon- Quinoa, Local Beef and Preserved Lemon Salad.

Spring Chopped- Snap Peas, Strawberries, Walnuts, Goat Cheese and Balsamic.

I din't take self-photos for a while, and I was using Euchin's iphone to take those photos. I missed my itouch! Where are you?

I was pretty busy today. I went to airport twice because I sent my aunt, uncle, and Tif to airport in the afternoon, and they left to Alaska. I went to supermarket myself and bought some food and ingredient in order to prepare for my lunch box for the coming week. My aunt is not around, so I need to take care of my lunch and dinner. So, I want to cook something for myself. And I spent money again! haha I bought a suit from H&M and a tank top from GAP. The money that I earned myself is gone! arghhhhh. Never mind. As long as I'm happy. The summer break just started and my summer class starts next Tuesday. ; ) woohoo. I'm a little bit excited. I don't even know why. Hopefully I can meet some nice friends there.

Special for this man, Moh. Unbelievable time passes so fast, and it is the time to leave America as you told me just now. I felt sad when you said this. Honestly, it is really nice and pleasure to know you. And you are one of my sweetest friends ever in my life. Although I have known you for only 2 months. I can still clearly remember the night we had dinner at the Chinese restaurant. It was April 10. The first impression of you is you are so friendly and funny. I was so impressed that you actually can use chopsticks in the correct way. May be you don't know that you were mentioned in my blog for few times. haha. You are such a popular and amazing guy. Another thing surprised me is you have a lot of girl friends indeed. I was sort of shocked during the picnic, Cong and Fredrik kept talking about it. And we were like "wow! Moh! Not bad huh!"

Moh, I really enjoyed when you told me about your life and experiences in other countries, and I do admire your independence and courage. I always enjoy chatting with you. Omg.

We were so random and we decided to go Fry's marketplace to buy alcohol. Seriously I was kind of scared and worried because I should not drink alcohol under 21 years old, and I needed to drive back home as well. I took the risk, and I know it is dangerous. Luckily I din't get caught, and back to home safely.

Sebastian is the oldest one among us, and he is legal to buy alcohol. So he went to buy for us. It was sort of exciting.

Smirnoff Ice. Honestly it tasted like vodka, I guess. I din't feel anything after one bottle. Yet I could not finish my second bottle, so I brought it home.

You know what. We walked through a small desert with bunch of bushes with the cellphone's light. How exciting was it! We found a small park and sat on the grass with thousands of stars upon the night sky. It was a great night. ; )
